1. How do I change my details?
After Registration you will recieve a username and password, with that username and password you can log into your account and change your details in the "my account" tab
2. I have forgotten my username/password?
There will be a button "forgot password" once this is clicked you will be asked for your username and email address, once entered and submitted you will then recieve an email with your password.
3. What credit cards do you accept?
All major credit cards include Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. We unfortunately do not accept American Express or Bankcard.
4. I donít have a credit card, are there any other payment options?
Other payment methods can be via PayPal, just make your order as usual. When order is completed click on Checkout with PayPal.
5. How do I view my orders pending/shipped?
There will be an "order track" button, click on that and enter the invoice number or the order number, the details will populate accordingly.
6. What is your return or exchange policy?
Only items that have been purchased from donniebishopclothingco.com can be returned using the instructions below.
Refunds or Exchanges will only be made if Product is returned back in resealable bag and original invoice is sent back.
Customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only. In the event the return is made due to defective merchandise, or a wrong item has been shipped, Donnie Bishop will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back.
All returns must be received within 30 days from date of invoice to receive a refund or exchange of equal value.
Returns received between 31 and 60 days from date of invoice will receive an online credit or exchange only.
All returns must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging with tags attached.
Please email us with the Subject: Returns with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
When you exchange one item for another, we will cover the cost to ship the new item(s) back to you, as you have incurred a shipping fee to return the goods back to us. We reserve the right to retract this policy in the event we deem a customer is abusing it.
You will be notified by email when your package has been received and your credit or exchange has been processed.
When items are being exchanged for any circumstances if it is out of stock by the time we receive your goods which you have sent, we will email you to choose a different product or specify if you would like to receive an online credit.
Only if your item is defective will you receive a refund or an online credit.
7. Is your site secure?
